Built to be Resilient

Our services

Everything from the load on the truck to the truck itself.

Four divisions that work together. Use one of them, or let us handle the whole chain.

01 — Freight

Freight & Logistics

We plan, dispatch and monitor road freight across South India — from single full-truckload runs to standing lane contracts and multi-drop distribution. Our operations team owns the shipment from pickup to proof of delivery.

  • Full-truckload (FTL) — dedicated vehicles for point-to-point movement on your schedule.
  • Part-load (PTL) — consolidated movement when you don't need a whole truck.
  • Warehousing & distribution — storage, handling and onward dispatch.
  • Two-wheeler transportation — bikes and scooters moved in purpose-fitted carriers, individually or in bulk, with proper securing and handover documentation. We build those carriers ourselves.
  • Documentation — e-way bills, LRs and digital proof of delivery, filed and retrievable.

What you get

A named coordinator
One person who knows your account, not a rotating call centre.
Transit commitments in writing
Quoted timelines you can plan production around.
Live tracking
Vehicle position and status visible for the whole run.
Clean paperwork
Digital PoD and billing that reconciles first time.

Typical builds

Truck cabins
Driver cabins fabricated and finished to specification, then mounted to the chassis.
Container & box bodies
Closed container bodies sized to your payload and loading pattern.
Two-wheeler carriers
Multi-deck carrier bodies fitted for the specific bikes and scooters you move.
Open & flatbed bodies
Load beds, side panels and tailgates built for the material you actually carry.
Special-purpose builds
Purpose-built bodies for project, utility or trade-specific use.
02 — Workshop

Commercial Vehicle Bodybuilding

This is the part most logistics companies outsource. We run our own workshop, where truck cabins and container bodies are built from raw material and mounted directly onto your chassis.

Because the same team that builds the body also runs freight on it, the design decisions are made by people who know what happens to a vehicle at 2am on a bad road.

Vehicle Body Engineering

The specification comes before the steel. We size the body around your payload, your route conditions and the way the vehicle is actually loaded — not around a standard drawing.

  • Engineered to your payload — dimensions, reinforcement and load distribution matched to what you carry.
  • Specified for the route — road conditions decide the build, not preference.
  • Fleet-scale repeatability — one approved specification, built identically across every vehicle in the order.

Custom Body Fabrication & Fitment

Then we build it and mount it. Fabrication, chassis mounting, alignment and finishing all happen in the same bay, so nothing is handed to a third party and nothing gets lost between them.

  • Chassis mounting & fitment — bodies mounted, aligned and finished in-house.
  • Fit-and-finish that lasts — surface preparation, sealing and paint done properly, not rushed.
  • Fittings to suit the load — securing points, decks, ramps and access designed around what goes inside.
02a — Specialist build

Two-Wheeler Carrier Bodies

A carrier built for a 110cc scooter is the wrong carrier for a 350cc motorcycle. Wheel channels sit differently, deck heights change, and a body that fits one model wastes a deck on another.

We build multi-deck two-wheeler carriers configured for the specific models you move — so the deck count, the channel spacing and the securing points come from your actual vehicle mix rather than from a generic drawing.

  • Model-specific fittings — wheel channels, cradles and securing points set to the make and model you carry.
  • Deck layout to your mix — deck count and spacing worked out from the units you need per trip.
  • Loading and access — ramps and access designed for how the vehicles are actually loaded, at both ends.
  • Damage-free securing — tie-down points placed so a scooter arrives the way it left.
  • Repeat orders are a copy — the fitment is on record, so the second carrier does not need re-measuring.

We move them too

Logiverse runs two-wheeler transportation as well as building the carriers that do it. Very few operators can say both.

That means the people specifying your carrier are the same people who load and unload them for a living — and who see what fails after a year on the road.

Who this is for
Two-wheeler OEMs, dealer groups and carriers moving bikes and scooters between plants, dealerships and customers.
What we need to quote
Your chassis, the models you carry, and the units you want per trip.

03 — Service

Repair & Maintenance

A truck sitting in a workshop is a truck earning nothing. Our service bay handles accident damage, structural repair, refurbishment and scheduled maintenance — with realistic turnaround dates we hold ourselves to.

  • Accident & structural repair — panel, frame and body restoration.
  • Refurbishment — bringing older bodies and cabins back to working condition.
  • Retrofits & modifications — changing a body's configuration as your load profile changes.
  • Scheduled maintenance — planned servicing for fleets, so failures happen on your calendar rather than the highway's.
  • Insurance work — documented assessments and repair records for claims.

Turnaround, tracked

Every vehicle in the bay gets a job card in our system. You can see what stage it's at, what's been approved, and when it's due out — without phoning for an update.

04 — Technology

The platform behind all of it

Logistics runs on information as much as diesel. Our technology layer gives you visibility across shipments, vehicles and workshop jobs in one place.

Live shipment tracking

Vehicle position, status and ETA for every active consignment, shareable with your own customers.

Digital documentation

Proof of delivery, LRs and e-way bills captured digitally and retrievable whenever finance or audit asks.

Fleet & workshop dashboards

Utilisation, service history and open job cards across your vehicles, in one view.

Reporting & reconciliation

Lane-level cost, transit performance and billing summaries exportable for your own systems.

Alerts & exceptions

Notification when a shipment slips, a vehicle stops moving, or a service interval falls due.

Integrations

Data handoff into your ERP or order system so shipment status doesn't live in a separate silo.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem — a lane, a vehicle, a fleet, a deadline — and we'll tell you honestly what's involved.
