Each invoice carries its annexure — the trip-by-trip build-up behind the total — as PDF and Excel. Outstanding, overdue and ageing sit on the same page, a month's paperwork downloads as one file, and a disputed bill can be queried in writing.

Sharing a fleet tracking link means showing a customer every truck in the company. We did not want to do that, so the portal decides what you see from one rule, written once in the software.

Getting started

  1. Ask us. Tell us who in your team needs access and their email.
  2. We create the login. You get the address, a username and a one-time password.
  3. You set your own password. The first sign-in asks for it; we never see it.
  4. Start tracking. Trucks appear the moment they are dispatched on your work.

Access is free for Logiverse customers. Sessions sign out after 30 idle minutes, so a forgotten browser does not stay open on your account.
